CHILDSAFELY TERMS OF USE

1. DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE

• Service: Refers to all artificial intelligence literacy training, interactive AI tools, parent/teacher dashboards, and digital security content offered by ChildSafely via the Website and mobile applications.
• User/Member: Children, parents, and teachers who access the Platform.

2. MEMBERSHIP AND SECURITY

• Registration: Some services on the Platform require membership. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
• Parental Consent: Users under 18 years of age (children) may only create a "Child Account" with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. ChildSafely reserves the right to suspend accounts for which parental consent has not been obtained.
• Password Security: The Member is solely responsible for the security of their username and password. In case of suspicion that their account is being used by unauthorized persons, immediate notification must be sent to info@childsafely.com.

4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Usage Limit: Users may only use the content on the Platform for educational purposes. Copying, reproducing, or distributing content for commercial purposes without the written permission of ChildSafely is prohibited.

• Service Interruption: ChildSafely may temporarily suspend service for technical improvements or maintenance work.
